And I always thought the county (and state, etc.) couldn't get good employees because they wouldn't interview good employees. Only once during my time out of work was I even spoken to by a government employer. And, of course, I wasn't hired. . (Heh, heh, that isn't to imply that you aren't a good employee. It's just a shot at their hiring methods.)
