Got the "14" part right...sort of. The Raiders will come together by the end of the seadon and finish with a "respectable" 7-9 record. They have some pieces they just need to get rid of some of the pork (Gallery, Fargas) and get some cheap veterans to complement some of the young weapons they have (McFadden, Bush, Russell)
