Hello  I am currently doing a report on the Big West Refinery for one of my classes at UCSC i am originally from bakersfield so i am familiar with the situation. i know that it got approved already but i just need a few interview regarding what people think about it. Is it a good thing? or A bad thing? does anyone have more information about the situation. anything would really help. thank you for your time.
