~LING~ I moved here from Los Angeles/Diamond Bar and my wife came from Los Angeles as well and she has also lived in Las Vegas. It is just funny that any one we have met that are not originally from B'Town all have the same question-What in the hell is wrong with these folks here. Bakersfield has it's own rules, regulations and laws. The people here with any authority use it at any cost and it is known that they do this but heck  the higher authorities are usually a family member, ex- lover, neighbor or someone they went to school with. I caution anyone don't rattle to many cages because you will be black balled here and I know this from experience and this is within all races.
