Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
Each and every complex interprets the rental laws differently..don't ask me why-but they do--the only one that can sort it out-by law-is a small claims Judge-and by that time..who cares.... The managers job is to smile and agree AND RENT YOU THAT TURD....then when the lease comes up for your signature---read the damn thing B-4 you initial OR sign anything... But good luck with this fight...I'd give up--put a Molotov cocktail thru  the window late at night--and call it good....IMHO
