Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
I don't think I'd want a scanner.   I don't think I want to know how bad it seems to be out there and know how short staffed law enforcement is.  I live in the area patrolled by the SD and don't want to know that my guys backup is at Rio Bravo.
