Bike Patrols. In all the years I've lived here I have never seen one. I am glad they exist. The first time I read an article about them my first thought was when I used to live in Oildale the LE would target tweakers on bicycles. They would pull over anyone on a bike after dark who didn't have any lights on their bike. I think I'll move back there. : )
