Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
Did you even read far enough into those articles to find out these proposed changes are already law set to take effect in 2010 and this just ups the timetable on the process? The 2010 law passed under the Bush administration mind you.. To blame Obama for this is absurd. Unless you're being sarcastic, you're resembling your blog title a little too much on this issue.
