Obviously there are plenty of people who when given the opportunity will make insane judgements about credit. That is why we are in the fix we are in. Loan Shark rates to taxpayers who have already given billions to these banks to keep them afloat is pretty ridiculous. Even the Bushies agreed with that.....eventually.
