I don't know where these guys are getting their numbers from.. we have a relatively high unemployment rate, one of the worst markets as it pertains to foreclosures, and the oil industry is sluggish, at best. I'd love for things to improve pronto, but I don't have my hopes up.. not until I see oil-related business up significantly.
