Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
Not to mention that the money is tied up and locked up until discovered when it could have been used for something productive.  But, that's our government in action on a daily, yearly basis.  Doesn't much matter who's in office. I still liked my $600 check from Bush better than my $200 stimulus check from Obama.  That money went straight into the state treasury for DMV fees and never made it to circulate in the marketplace.  Didn't help CA much either come to think of it.
