witters, No Dang Cheese! Thats funny! I'm the same way. I don't want a cheeseburger, I want a hamburger. You have to go in to order. Don't use the drive up. If you don't check it, it will be wrong. Maddening! Glad there are others that feel the same way. It just seems workers don't care anymore. Companies don't back their products unless you make them. Tempurpedic is one of those co's. They will preach customer satisfaction but when it gets to the get down, nope, not it they've been paid in full.
