But Ron, the problem is that PG&E doesn't want you to use less energy whether they say so or not. It would be like Vons telling you to go on a diet. If we use less energy, they make less money. Yet another reason to use solar panels on your home. I think any new office building should be required to use at least some solar energy. We can at least keep our collective usage from going up. There are many office buildings built now that have very minimal environmental impact, but we need more.
