I hope we can find 12 jurors here who weigh the facts as opposed to making assumptions based on media reports. But I would not be surprised if ,as Random suggests, we have more than one trial. I'm only basing this on the D.A.s propensity to use unnecessary tactics to get a conviction. It's not like cases haven't been overturned here in the Golden Empire before.
