I hear Nordstrom has great customer service. But I went there once while I was in college and was completely ignored by sales staff, who kept chasing after a guy in his 40s wearing khakis who looked like he must have more money than I did. It was humbling, but I still bought a $30 shirt there (which I still wear to this day).
