The problem is that she is building the case on the fly. When you build a house....you start with the trenching...then the cement....then the foundation...(I'm sure there are more steps in between these steps)....but you keep building until you have a finished product. Of course you have to use a blueprint....and I realize this; however, the DA's blueprint is that he did it!! It's up to the prosecution to show the burden of proof; therefore, she has to look in every nook and cranny to find evidence against him. And justice is dumb as well as blind here. So, you believe that justice is dumb and blind in Kern County?!? Are we supposed to declare this man innocent because of his color? If so, then I agree, justice would indeed be dumb and blind.
