JF, you just don't get it. The defense didn't put Troy on the stand because he would have been shown to be a liar like his brother. the prosecutor subpenaed him to testify but he fled the state. If brothers is innocent, why did he lie about the accident? why wouldn't he have told the truth about where we was? Innocent people don't have to lie.
