JF, for someone who works for "DOJ", you seem to be rather misinformed about a lot of things in regards to this trial. If Brother's had money for a decent attorney, don't you think he would have hired one? He had local attorney H.A. Sala at first, but Sala is way to expensive for him. So us taxpayers are paying for those goofs Gardina and Bryan.
