Report Violation

Are you sure you want to report the following content as a violation?
To say that the jury has been "dismissed" is common terminology meaning they were allowed to go home for the remainder of the day.  It does NOT necessarily mean that the trial is over, that a mistrial has been called, or anything like that.  However, the jury will also be "dismissed" when the trial is over.   Be patient and let Judge Bush make his announcement tomorrow.  It may be that he is doing some quick research to guide him in making a decision regarding whatever today's incident involved.  Also, there are five alternates, and one of them could replace a current juror if a current juror was found to have violated his/her responsibilities regarding this trial.   Jeesh . . . some of you people watch too much TV.  Real world courtroom situations are virtually never like the drama of television.
