Defense attorney slams Eyewitness - posted May 10, 2007 at 09:43 a.m.  Calvin Calloway said he talked to the defendant outside of the Harper house on July 4, 2003.  Brother's family testified he was in Ohio on that day.  Vincent Brothers said he chased calloway out of the alley behind the Harper house in the week before he went to Ohio, Gardina reminds the jury.  Was the entire record of the Rental of the Dodge Neon available along with the records of all of the Renters of this car?  Brothers made 3 trips to Ohio: April 2003, July 2003, and September 2003.  Was the same rental car used during all of these trips.  Its odd that a recent accident was near Brother's old apartment which involved a Dodge Neon.
