The records were admittedly not accurate by the car rental company. I believed they tracked down all of the renters but the amount of mileage was not accurate due to the change of ownership and the fact that records were kept only for oil changes. I believe an employee even testified to renting out the said car before accurately annotating the mileage. I don't know if you can suggest that the Dodge Neon in an accident by Brothers' apartment was his rental, though. I'm sure that there are a significant amount of Neons that drive by his apartment and are able to be in an accident.
