Johnulman Let's see. If you are right and Brothers came back to california but did not murder his family- just what did he come to California for. Let's see he left his credit card in Ohio and told his brother to use it- maybe to set up an alibi. Come on- we've all gone through the facts of the case. There was an extra 5000 miles on the car and witnesses saw Brothers outside the Harper's home. Add that to the fact that he has no alibi and lied about an accident and what do you have. I guess you need a picture of Brothers standing over the dead bodies. Mr. Brothers can answer any lingring questions you have.
