The H.O.P.E. (Halt Overpopulation with Prevention and Education) Animal Foundation is a non-profit, low cost, high volume spay and neuter clinic located in Fresno. They opened the doors to their brand new, state-of-the-art facility in June of 2006 and have since spayed/neutered over 14,000 dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens. It is the H.O.P.E. Animal Foundation's belief that through prevention (spay and neuter) and public education, they can save lives. H.O.P.E. is working towards ending the pet overpopulation problem and is pleased to announce that they will begin a transport service to Bakersfield in September.
Surgeries are done by appointment only. The H.O.P.E. transport vehicle will pick up animals at a designated location in Bakersfield, bring them back to the clinic, spay/neuter them, and return the animals the following day.
