My dog bowe got out of my yard yesterday 11/11 int he oleander area and no one has turned him in to the pound yet. however he is not wearing his tags. I put them on antoher stray I am going to keep and didnt want two males together in a kennel, somehow both of them escaped. PLEASE HELP

For the past 3 years I've watched poor dogs left out on Edison Hwy to fend for themselves.Alot of them end up hit by cars or dead dogs dumped on the side of the roads in trash bags.
