About EnchantedGypsy
~*Native Californian Gypsy*~
I have been an animal lover since birth! My life and work revolve around the furry creatures I'm blessed to share my life with.... Annual visits to the Central Coast (my sanctuary) help me cope with living in the barren valley.
I finally followed my childhood dream of owning my own pet-related business, and started my own dog training business in 2004. The link to my business website is below. I love being my own boss, and it just doesn't get much better than getting warm, wet puppy kisses on the job! I'm looking forward to expanding my business in 2008.
After 10 years of being dogless, I am *estatic* about adding a very special puppy to my furry family in early 2008! Any local sighthound lovers? If so, I'd be happy to hear from you....

Hi Enchanted Gypsy. Try the tamales (they're pork) at Sinaloa. The masa is firm and the pork is spicy, flavorful and plentiful. Beware though, they serve their tamales with a beef gravy and cheese. That may be fine for some, but why drown a yummy pork tamale with beef sauce? Order them without the meat sauce and you'll wind up with some delicious traditional-style handmade tamales.
Cheers, Sol
