About JAMES
I cover Kern County government for The Californian, give my editors headaches, tithe regularly to the demi-god of caffeine and spend too much time writing about capital improvement budgets, 3at50 pension deals, residential zoning, transportation troubles and the intricate web of love and hate in local politics.

Kimi is not doing right by the animals, she states she doesn't want them in concret runs - did anyone see the news reports a wk or so ago, those sure looked like concrete runs to me, plus they are living "on balconies" I guess that's fine if you're living in Hawaii, but concrete runs and balconies in Kern with the dropping temps and SNOW FALL does not sound like a sanctuary to me.
there are 2 sites that have been posting about Ms. Peck www.savethechihuahuas.org and www.hoardingchihuahuas.com
