About RUSSMFT
I'm my kid's Dad, married 30 years this summer to a West High and Cal State Grad. I finished growing up in Lamont and graduated from Arvin High, CSUB and completed my Doctoral courses and Internships in Clinical Psychology in the Bay Area. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and own Southwest Counseling Center here in Bakersfield. Since my mentally ill younger brother was shot and killed while unstable and under the influence, I have dedicated my life to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (aka: NAMI). I'm the President of NAMI Kern County Affiliate and Co-Founder of the NAMI Kern's FRONT LINE project (serving our soldiers and their families)and of Outspoken Young Minds (a NAMI support group for 16-24 year olds with mental health issues and their families).
