WELCOME! I am a conservative but presently at odds with both political parties. Disgusted with the Socialist Democrats, the gutless Republicans and Bush. I served in the Navy (Submarine Service) before and during the Korean War. I served in the Kern County Fire Dept. for 23 years and retired as a Division Chief. My fun things are my cabin in the mountains, Street Rods, Grand kids (3), Martial Arts, Acrylic painting and pencil drawing, Reading books by W.E.B. Griffin (my favorite author) and playing with this idiot machine.

Hope you are enjoying retirement...Thanks for the friendship. I will be glad when it gets a bit warmer so my scoot is more fun to ride, but still when I think about Tommy back in So. Dakota with 23 degrees today.. I like this better already. hehe ~Ted~
