About cmgarcia
Well, I'm Christopher. I love spending time with my wife and daughter, reading good literary works, writing and performing music, drinking tea and a proper ale every now and then. I work as a web applications developer for the Kern High School District. I'm beginning to enjoy bike riding, too.

Christopher,
I'm sorry if you felt my comment, dashed off so quickly I admit, was condescending. Maybe it was, and if so, I apologize to you and all of Bako. I honestly do like Bakersfield and visit a lot now and have friends there. No place is without culture and challenge and interesting thoughtful intelligent people (even L.A.) And no place is without its skeletons. This is the 10th Liffey book and all the earlier ones have been about the skeletons (particularly skeletons of racism) in various areas of L.A.
If you want to register a personal gripe, please do so: jxshannon2@aol.com.
Yours, John Shannon
