dutchlady is against having to learn Spanish to live in Bakersfield
About dutchlady
I am a 70 year old woman, who left to live in Europe for ten years and am now back. Sad to see no major changes to roads and problem areas since leaving. I have had many career fields, now volunteer at KMC and love Bkfd, regardless of its pollution and shortcomings.
