Middle aged, opinionated great-grandmother who still likes rock 'n roll! You'd never know it by the way I dress - I'm not at all scary! Conservative Repuplican (what else?); Calvinistic tendencies (there's a few of us in town); had bariatric surgery five years ago - lost 130 lbs and am fighting to keep it off; love music - classic rock, jazz, classical, (no wimpy, gooey contemporary "Christian" stuff); have a nanday parrot and a cockatiel; adore dogs of all breeds; am working on altered art, especially books; have worked in oils and acrylics; can't stand cutesy crafts like crocheted toilet paper holders; read hardcore mysteries - no bodice-rippers here!
