About Joseph

well I am originally from Bakersfield, My family still lives there so when I come back it is to return to and enjoy being Home. During my time at BC I had the pleasure of working at some amazing places. Cafe Med and Bord A Petite Catering.  I took what i had learned, left Bakersfield and went to live in San Francisco.  I atttended Culinary school there, enjoyed being a SanFranciscian  and Loved everything about  the City by the bay! 

I am currently Living in Mexico City, Mexico working as a cook in a Spanish Restaurant, (Casa de Castilla).
