About Laura
I just returned to the central part of the State to start a media and web development company. We are creating web sites (web 2.0) online media clips, podcasts, and online commercials. My business partner is a good friend from grad school who lives on the East Coast. We are hoping to connect with CMS developers, artists, and writers. I recently left University education where I taught MIS, Finance, Marketing, and Project Management for about 15 years. My undergraduate degree is in economics and I hold an MBA. After graduate school I complete three years of additional study in finance and real estate. I've been a stockbroker and am a non-practicing real estate broker. On the personal side, my parents and niece live in town so I am thrilled to be involved in their lives again. I am in the process of moving my little family here so we can be near them.
