About mcdougle
I was born and raised in Bakersfield. After teaching for 33 years and serving as a vice principal for two, I retired in 2001. I vowed that I would use my time and efforts to give back to the community. I want to be remembered as someone who worked hard to improve schools for parents, teachers, and children. I'll run for school board until I'm elected. On November 4, 2008, I got elected!!!!
