About Jason Sperber,
New Users Click Here (hat-tip to TomW for the name and idea and to RogerA for the inspiration) is a place where B.commers can ask site-related, technical questions. It's only fitting, then, that this is now B.com's first hybrid staff-and-community-written group blog, with veteran blogger and uber-handyman TomW joining Community Content Coordinator Jason Sperber for Q-&-A duty here. Confused about how things work here, or can't figure out how to do something? Every Monday, I'll post an "open thread" blog entry here, and you can ask away. BTW, "New Users" is in the title, but that doesn't mean that site veterans don't have questions, ideas, or complaints too -- everyone is welcome. We'll do our best to answer your questions, and to ask those who know, if we don't. But don't forget that your neighbors here are also an amazing resource who aren't shy to chime in with the fruits of their experience!
