About Robin
Hey. If you haven't already noticed, the name's Robin. I graduated from Liberty High School on May 31, 2007. There was a blue moon that night, which was pretty cool. If you do the math correctly you'll realize I'm nowhere near the age of most bloggers on Bakersfield.com. That's fine with me, because I've been reading The Californian's blogs since I was 16. I have been taking classes online through Taft College. Someday I'll switch to BC and start taking journalism classes, although I'm not sure when. Journalism is supposed to be my major because I love writing, copy editing and photography. The three work pretty well together. I hope to work for a newspaper someday. Yes, I know it sounds crazy and ridiculous, but I do like to copy edit. Why? I don't know. It's just something I like to do! I love animals and have quite a few around here. I also like gardening, even though I'm not very good at it. I love the idea of farming and ranching. What could possibly be better than growing your own food and raising your own animals? That's the way I look at it. Check out my photo galleries if you want to see some of my photography. I like to post new galleries whenever my Internet is working and I have the patience to sort through my pictures.
