Hello, fellow bloggers.

The name's Robin, and I'm one of the youngest bloggers on Bakersfield.com.

I graduated from Liberty High School on May 31, 2007. There was a blue moon that night, which was pretty cool. I'm currently taking classes via Taft College's distance learning program, and I plan to take journalism classes at Bakersfield College in the fall. Journalism is my major because I love writing, copy editing and photography. The three work pretty well together in the field of journalism. I hope to work for a newspaper someday. I'm quite nerdy, honestly. I love to copy edit, which is weird.

I love animals and have quite a few around here. I also like gardening, even though I'm not very good at it. I wanted to be a farmer before I wanted to be a journalist, but I'm over that now. I just love the idea of farming.
