What do you think about the Bakersfield man being accused of murder that took place 31 years ago? Did you also know that he successfully sued CDC twice regarding medical attention? Could it be possible that the manner in which the DNA was preserved indicate false information??? Mr. Banks is part of the reason that the Federal Government decided to investigate the Medical Practices of the prisons. Now, here he is in the home stretch of his sentence, with the possibility of an early release; and he learns that his picture is all over the news stations. He wondered why the inmates in his dorm was walking by his bunk ; making it a point to look at him.
