About soxford
Hello: i am a medical transcriptionist who is still actively working out of my home. I have done this all my life -- about 30 years. Anyway I am married to wonderful husband and have one daughter, with four grandchildren. We are very active in community and neighborhood. My husband is always helping people with projects, work, etc. I belong to ASPCA and many forums for my occupation. I am definitely an animal lover and have many birds too. We go to beach and camp in mountains in our 5th wheel trailer. My grandchildren are a big part of my life too.
Politically, I am probably mostly conservative, although I do have liberal ideas too. Tend to vote on Republican ticket.

soxford,
When my Wolf passed away, I didn't want any more pets, the Wolf was more like one of the kids. She was a trained attack Dog trained by some of the trainers at the Sheriff Dept. Cancer got her. Black and her tail dragged the ground. I wouldn't even think of getting another one.One day about a year later, I took a trip to the SPCA down on Gibson and still the mood didn't hit me. I saw a number of Huskys there in about three or four trips. One day the Wife and I were down there at the SPCA and a Husky about a year old was standing with her front legs on the wall stretched out a standing as tall as a person. Well, she came home with us and we still have her, she'd try and play with the dogs that would come up to our yard but we keep her fenced in well. About 6 months after we got her, we picked her up a little friend Terrier as her own pet or friend and she's happy with it.I didn't really know that Huskys were a member of the Wolf family until we got her.Guess what I'm trying to say is, take a trip down to the SPCA, it might do some good, don't grab the first one, make sure there's a connection before taking one home.
Good Luck,
Murphy
