My name is Harry Franco, I have lived in Bakersfield pretty much all my life, except the short 8 yrs i was in the Army, while in the Army i lived in Kansas, Germany and the state of Washington. I got off of Active duty Feb of 96, and went straight into the Army Reserves. I was deployed twice while on active duty, once for Desert Sheild/Storm, and a later operation in 93 to Saudi Arabia. While in the Reserves i was also deployed twice for Operation Iraqi Freedom.
