politically i am a republican,married to a liberal, and rightwing fundamentalists like marylee and chad vegas scare the bejesus out of me. i am catholic, and know what the legacy of fanaticism does to people. dominionism as preached by mr. vegas, makes visions of Margaret Atwood's "The Handmaid's Tale" come to mind. i as a woman, a hispanic, heterosexual, catholic woman, refuses to bow down to the dominonism of an androcentric state sanctioned religion. i refuse to give up my individualism for a biblically based government like mr. vegas wishes upon us all, and quite frankly am a bit disturbed that so much evil is being done in God's name. . .what would Jesus do? He would smite you mr. vegas, and probably not even offer you forgiveness for your narrowminded view of women, homosexuals, transgendered, or any other sinner. shame on you.
