Cars and trucks were parked all the way around the park, down 17th street on both sides. Beech was crowded as well. A&nbsp;lowrider truck club had met and the custom doors were pointed skyward. </p> <p>I&nbsp;am glad I&nbsp;don't live across or near the park.</p> <p>Aren't neighborhood parks just that? For the people from the neighborhood?</p> <p>Most of the people using the park do not live in the neighborhood. How do I&nbsp;know? </p> <p>Neighbors can walk.
