Dad got his new card and went to pay his registration at the DMV.&nbsp; He got to the DMV. Waited two hours to pay his registration. Got up to the window and told the DMV&nbsp;worker what he needed. He went to pay. They swiped his debit card and told him it was not his card and that they were going to detain him until law enforcement arrived and he would be arrested for trying to pay his registration with another persons bank account. Well it turns out that Kern School somehow put another customers account to a card with my dad's name on it. My dad explained the situation to them and they understood after the fact. I am glad Kern&nbsp;School's is closing four branches.
