BAKERSFIELD’S FIRST MUSIC & POETRY CONTEST

RULES: Instrumentals must be pre-recorded and must be original to the poet. All poetry must be original. All entries must be submitted online for voting. Online voters will determine finalists who perform their poem with instrumentals for final judging by a distinguished panel. For more rules/details www.bakotopia.com and/or www.facenews.org
WHAT: Bakersfield’s own LSN Studio is offering one free original instrumental and 30 minutes free studio recording time for this project, per person. Any further recording studio needs beyond this offer will incur regular studio rates and fees. By appointment and availability.
WHY: To have the opportunity to be a part of bringing poetry and music together while uniting the Bakersfield community in a unique way.
