Grand Opening of AffordablePetHospital offers
“Quality Pet Care at an Affordable Price”

Affordable Pet Hospital located in Northwest Bakersfield will host a grand

opening celebration on Saturday, October 17^th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.  The

full service veterinary is located at the corner of Hageman at Coffee Roads.

Scheduled activities include tours of the pet hospital, refreshments and meet and greet opportunities with Dr. Ann Hamilton, DVM and her friendly, knowledgeable staff.  Several pet and veterinary vendors will be on-hand showcasing their products aimed to improve the health and well-being of your pets.  The event will also serve as the official debut of Affordable Pet Hospital’s mascot, Freeby.  This larger than life, adorable K-9 is sure to delight children of all ages.

Pets and their owners will particularly enjoy browsing through the pet hospital’s one-of-a-kind boutique, aptly named PawMart. Located adjacent to the waiting room, the store offers a wide selection of unique dog and cat toys.  Dr. Hamilton personally selects and evaluates each item to ensure its safety for your beloved animal.  While pets will love the unique variety, owners will appreciate the reasonable prices.

The pet hospital’s namesake goes much deeper than simply serving as a creative marketing slogan.  Dr. Hamilton and her qualified, compassionate staff opened their pet hospital with the philosophy that the highest standard of veterinary care can be provided without charging over-inflated prices. This is especially important given the current economic climate.  Over the last two years Dr. Hamilton has sadly watched clients decline necessary medical treatments for their pets as they are forced to make tough family budget decisions.   Not unlike healthcare for people, neglecting routine check ups now can end up costing much more in the long run.  To that end, Affordable Pet Hospital was born.

Affordable Pet Hospital offers the Bakersfield animal community emergency veterinary services as well as medical, surgical, and dental veterinary care.  The facility offers:

Dr. Hamilton has over 30 years experience with 23 years as a Registered Veterinary Technician and 9 years as a licensed Veterinarian.  Affordable Pet Hospital is open 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
