I was born in Bakersfield and lived in the area until 1957 when my family moved to Missouri and I briefly visited the city when passing through in 1982.

An uncle (Dick Redman) recently died and a friend sent me the link to his obit. I cannot tell you how nice it is to be able to read the newspaper from my home town after all these years.

I have a lot of fond memories of family and friends that I havent seen since 1957. I lost contact after the move but I just want anyone who remembers me to know that I remember them and pray their lives are as great as mine is today.
