It was a lovely day! But that Night? All hopes lost I.

So for a walk I went  To find by & by The reason why.

A Little Lady I saw walking by. As she got closer

On her face I could see She was Having problems just like me

Melancholy, Grief & Despair in her I did see.

Her strength? I could not tell. But I Perceived

She was struggling for Freedom & Liberty

How can I rescue this lady from chains of despair?

She needs a smile I said, So I gently waved

          She Smiled and Waved

“Hello Mary” I said; Slowly she turned & stared

“Hello Mary” I replied “Long time no see”

“I’m not Mary” she said “Can’t you see?”

“Mary don’t you remember me Paolo?”

“But my name is Sue and I’ve never met you.”

“Oh! Pardon me Lady Sue I used to know a Mary as pretty as you”

“Sue” I said “ Your age I bet I know.

You must be 50 or so.”

“Paolo I thank you But I’m 72.”

“Lady Sue you don’t look over 52.”

“For the compliment Paolo I thank you, where are you walking to?”

“To my dog & two cats” was my reply.

“Oh! That’s wonderful” she said: “Wish I had a pet to go to”

“Be of good courage Lady Sue, Soon you’ll have a pet too

and the Lord will take care the both of you.”

“Paolo thanks for the hope you’ve given me.”

“Fairwell lady Sue, thanks for allowing me to talk to you

and don’t despair the Lord will take care.”

We hugged, said Goodbye And

Departed with the Wink of the Eye.

                                                                              Praise God
