0 responses 0 comments Recently my husband and I were driving home to Ridgecrest and our Expedition broke down on Highway 58. We were barely able to drive in to Stilers. It was around 4 pm and we were panicked. A gentleman from Stilers came out to see if he could help. ( I forgot his name) He offered us water and the use of the telephone book. Not knowing Bakersfield, he offered the name of a good mechanic that was trustworthy. A big shout of Thanks to "Darrel's Automotive" on Brundage Lane. They waited for us to come there, looked at our car, and stayed late to wait for a rental. They went way beyond the call of duty for us. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that need work done. So- Thanks so much to Stilers and Darrell's Automotive for helping out of towners!!!!! You give Bakersfield a good name.
