Why are we still There??

0 responses 1 comment I think that the US being in this war is stupid. We went over there to help Iraq. We helped them so lets' get out and get our troops home. Bush is only in this war to look superior to everyone else. I think that Bush is wrong for keeping our troops over there. We should have our troops home.
I think this war is getting a little out of hand. We went over there to help get control of the Iraq Government. We did and now it's time to get out and come home. We have been there to long. I think some where along the way we lost sight o the goal. Bush needs to step up and bring our troops home. I think Bush is still mad about 9-11. I know we all are, but that is no reason to keep our troops somewhere they are not needed. All Bush is doing is making the Iraqie people hate the US. We shuld leave before they decide to do something like 9-11 again.

First of all, Iraq DID NOT do 9-11.Second, we didn't go to help Iraq. Bush went on the LIE that Iraq had WMDs and was "not disarming". And we have not helped them. Look at the number of Iraqi civilian casualities per day and how many hours of electricity they have (2 per day) - 5 years later. Bin Laden launches an attack on the US that kills 3000 and that makes him a terrorist. Bush launches an unprovoked attack on Iraq that kills tens of thousands but he's not a terrorist? We had no reason to be there in the first place.
