Eddie Perales is now workning as an Executive Beverage Trainer Flair Director for Harrahs Entertainment, He is based out of the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino, Fast Eddie was the name he went by in Bakersfield,CA He was a local Owner of the Bakersfield Bartending Acadamy, A school that taught up and coming bartenders the essentials of flair bartending and mixology. He has been in Las Vegas for over 4 years and has earned the tittle of Master Mixologist and now heads up the Flair programs for Harrahs. His school was located in Downtown Bakersfield off 19th st. His first school was in the Haberfeld building on Chester ave. He will be flying to New Zealand on Friday to compete for the COCKTAIL WORLD CUP.
