Thirty-two women artists in Bakersfield are pulling together for the October show "Burn the Witch".  Held in breast cancer awareness month, this show will be promoting and fundraising money for a cause. People of all ages and walks of life are welcome to come devulge themselves in the unique and exquisite creations of the effeminacy of Bakersfield.  Located at the Empty Space Theater, the gallery will be open from October 5th-26th. The reception will be held October 13th from 3-7pm with another small showing October 20th from 5-7pm. For a small $5 donation the show also includes music, entertainment, poetry, wine, food and more!

You may recognize Lisa Small, a past show artist from the Betrayal Show at the Empty Space theater and her recent feature in Mas Magazine.  She plans to come back with a kick, showing some new paintings for all to see and admire. With a new theme and a new perspective, her crafts of art are surely to amaze you.
